Data collected when visiting

When you visit, the server processes connection data needed to serve the website, including your IP address, access time and requested page, to deliver the website and keep it secure.

Pre-registration and consent

The form and invitation pop-up collect your email address and require your consent to launch emails. After you consent, your browser sends only your email address as form data directly to our email signup service at n8n. Your email address is used to contact you about the app launch.

You can withdraw consent or request deletion of your registration by emailing info@cabinleague.ch.

Boarding pass, waitlist and invitations

After successful pre-registration, your browser displays a boarding pass with the part of your email address before @ and a locally generated pass reference. A seat number and personal invitation link are available only when the personal waitlist is enabled. The pass shows your optional first name or the part of your email address before @. The invitation link contains a random code rather than your email address. Queue improvements are awarded only for confirmed invitations.

Sharing the pass as an image shares the information visible on it. Wallet support is available only after a wallet service is connected. If used, information needed to create the pass is sent to that service and Apple or Google.

Local storage and cookie choices

We use your browser's local storage to remember your cookie choices, whether you registered and when the invitation was shown. The invitation appears at most once every seven days and stops after successful registration. You can change your choices using Cookie settings in the footer.

Analytics and marketing

Only with your analytics consent do we record page visits, pop-ups shown, closed or converted, pre-registrations and shared boarding passes. These event records contain neither your email address nor a personal visitor identifier. The database counts confirmed and unconfirmed registrations and confirmed invitations to operate the waitlist. Optional marketing cookies are not set without your consent.

The website loads Archivo through Google Fonts, which may cause your browser to connect to Google servers. Another font file is loaded locally.
